After a career spanning lifestyle media, event marketing, and food-tech entrepreneurship, I founded Lemon Grooves and ReGen Innovation.
Based in the Netherlands and building a European network, my mission is to create live environments where hospitality innovators can inspire solutions to some of our most pressing food system challenges.
ReGen Innovation explores new pathways to cultivate the next generation of food and hospitality entrepreneurs through experiential learning, residency placements, and strategic partnerships.
Through the current ReGen Chefpreneurs pilot programme, we connect creative talent with hospitality leaders, farmers, and food brands to test new concepts and validate ideas in real-market settings. These collaborations contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals by supporting healthier food choices and more biodiverse ecosystems.
